Wearside Pneumatics recently completed a bespoke Nitrogen Generation skid build and installation for a pharmaceutical facility in Hebburn.
The Nitrogen Generation skid included a GA11FF air compressor, NGP35+ nitrogen generator, receivers for both compressed air and nitrogen, filtration, drainage and oil separation and removal.
Installation
Our expert engineers delivered the equipment and carried out a full site installation in AirNet and 10mm stainless steel. This included installing pipework throughout the site, including drops and safety valves in each room where compressed air and nitrogen were to be used.
Before our team left site, all equipment installed by Wearside Pneumatics was commissioned and a purity test carried out, which confirmed that the Nitrogen Generation skid was generating 99.999% pure nitrogen at 10ppm.
