ISOCOM Ltd tasked Wearside Pneumatics Ltd with installing a Compressed Air & Vacuum system for their new electronics manufacturing facility in the North East.
Equipment Package
The compressed air equipment package included a Atlas Copco GA15VSD+ P FM variable speed air compressor, Altas Copco LV500 air receiver, Atlas Copco Ewd50 zero loss condensate drain, Atlas Copco CD45+ -70°c PDP heatless desiccant air dryer, filtration and Atlas Copco OSC35 oil/water separator. The Atlas Copco GA VSD+ variable speed air compressor offers the customer an energy efficient solution and the air quality treatment equipment delivers a air quality standard of ISO 8573.1 Class 2.1.1 suitable for the customers electronics manufacturing application with only allowing around 2.8 litres of water per annum into the compressed air system.
The customer supplied their own vacuum pumps which we installed along with the new compressed air equipment in their new shipping container.

Installation
Wearside Pneumatics Ltd installed a complete 25mm AIRnet Compressed Air & Vacuum aluminium pipe work ring main inside their new facility which included 20mm AIRnet pipe work drops, Festo pressure regulators and various coupling/fittings.
